Placing of an order with Glendhu Capital Ltd will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

INVENTORY

While we try to keep the stock levels in our system as up to date as possible, there may be times when the site allows orders of an item that is out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you and ask if you would like to receive an alternative product or a refund. Again we will not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by an item being unavailable.

It is your responsibility to check the quantity and description of the goods delivered are correct as ordered. If there is a discrepancy, you must notify us at sales@beedepot.co.nz within seven workings days from the time of delivery. The received goods shall be deemed to have been accepted if no notice given within the seven working days, and you shall not be entitled to make any claim or take any action in regard to any alleged discrepancy in the goods after that time. 

LOCAL ORDERS on CLAIMS & RETURNS

All claims for damages, shortage or shipping errors must notify us at sales@beedepot.co.nz within seven workings days from the time of delivery

Goods for return will only be accepted after Glendhu Capital Ltd trading as Bee Depot authorises a Returned Goods Authority. Any goods ordered in error or shipped in error must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Glendhu Capital Ltd reserves the right to make final inspection of all returned products.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS of LOCAL ORDERS

If the damage or defect is deemed to have been caused by Glendhu Capital Ltd trading as Bee Depot or our courier, we will either replace the damaged/defective item or provide a refund of the purchase price. We will pay any reasonable cost incurred for the return of the items.

INCORRECT LOCAL ORDERS 

If we agree to the return of goods for a refund or replacement, we will notify you of the return procedure. All return freight and replacement freight is buyer bear. Refund will be paid within ten workings days of our receipt of the return goods. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS on UNCLAIMED or DELAYED or DAMAGED or RETURN PACKAGES

Where the packages are unclaimed after attempted deliveries are made. The Packages will be destroyed in the country of destination.

Packages that are held by the customs of destination country are delayed due to import regulations or requested to send back to country of origin, the buyer acknowledged and agreed that Glendhu Capital Ltd will not be liable for sole loss, liability or damage resulting from such delay or return. All cost of returning the parcel back to the country of origin is for the account of buyer including all storage charges by courier company, if any, in the country of destination and country of origin or inspection required by NZ authority. A restocking fee of 15% may apply on wrongly ordered goods. Refer International Delivery for a check list before placing your order, it forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

Check the condition of parcels before signing the acceptance of packages. All claims for damages must notify us at sales@beedepot.co.nz immediately upon receipt of the packages. The buyer must lodge the claim against local delivery company and proof of pictures is required.

By placing your order payment, the buyer accepts full responsibility and any associated risk of any items or packages (or part thereof) being detained by customs for whatever reasons or unclaimed or return packages.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993

The guarantees contained in the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 are excluded where the customer acquires goods or services from Glendhu Capital Ltd trading as Bee Depot for business purpose. This Act applied in New Zealand only.

If the customer on sells the goods to a third party, the customer agrees to indemnify Glendhu Capital Ltd for any losses incurred due to third party claims against Glendhu Capital Ltd as a supplier.
